I decided to start my business just a few short months ago and was sort of stumbling through my start up. I am a working mom with 2 children who barely has time to sleep. Purchasing another computer for the house was difficult. I needed someone to tell me what the best deal was for my money without actually having to do this myself. Laptop or desktop - which one? I contacted Shore Office Services after a friend recommended their service to me. I spoke to JoCarole and indicated what I needed to know and the questions I had. Within 48 hours I had all the info I needed then some. I actually was leaning towards a laptop, but after I received the research back, I decided on purchasing another desktop instead. JoCarole did the research and sent it over in a well-laid out organized format. If I had to take the time to do all the research that JoCarole provided, I am sure it would have taken me much longer to get it done. I am not computer savvy and I don't have the time it would take to get the results that I got. She provided all the pros and cons of a laptop vs. a desktop and then I was able to make my decision. Kudos to this Web site. Everyone should try it, I plan on using it again the next time I need some professional help and expertise. Thanks Shore Office Services!

I don’t know what I would have done if I didn’t have JoCarole to help me out. She was recommended to me by a friend of a friend. I had finally decided to buy my first computer but when it was delivered, I had no idea how to set it up. I called JoCarole and she came over the next day. She unpacked all of the boxes and set everything up, both computer and printer. She also explained to me how my printer worked and explained about printer drivers and where to find answers when I had a problem. When she was done, she gave me a few lessons on how to take care of my computer and also explained essential security procedures needed to take before connecting to the Internet. She also showed me how to create Window folders, Word documents and explained to me what toolbars and fonts were in addition to other information that I would need to know in order to safely use my computer. She set up a few basic folders so I could store my family’s contact information and explained what the address book was and how to use that for my email addresses. She also made sure that I had my firewall and anti-virus programs installed and also installed spyware, adware and malware programs for me and explained what they were and why they are important to have on your computer. She installed the default email account and opened up 2 more web email accounts for me. She also gave me the names of several computer books to buy that would help serve as a point of reference when I had a question. Now whenever I have a problem or question I know that JoCarole will help. It is a huge relief to have her in the background, sometimes it feels that she is in the next room because we are connected on Skype. When I have a question she never fails to promptly respond. She is a pleasant person to work with and has reasonable rates. Because of these reasons I highly recommend JoCarole and Shore Office Services to anyone that needs computer assistance.

My experience has been that Shore Office Services has in-depth knowledge on any issue that might arise.

I have been using them for over a year as a consultant on many subjects, and have always been impressed with the rapid response and the fact that they can address any subject you might require on.

It is a service which can save you many hours or weeks' research which it would take if you were working on your own. They will work with you in a very timely manner if you need more advice on a particular subject.

I think that this particular company fills a need in New Jersey and anywhere else in the country, as I am now in California and use them regularly.

I highly recommend them to anyone who hasn't got hours to devote each day to all the administrative and bureaucratic tasks which are now a part of everyone day.
